Open the SUMAIT OSIM admission portal and choose Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor or Masters according to your qualification.
Use only the official portal: osim.sumait.ac.tz/apply. Do not share your password or login code.
Before You Start
- Form Four index number or equivalent qualification details.
- Form Six index number for applicants applying through ACSEE.
- NACTVET Award Verification Number (AVN) for diploma holders.
- TCU recognition/equivalence where a bachelor degree was obtained outside Tanzania.
- A valid and accessible email address.
- An active mobile phone number.
- Date and place of birth.
- NIDA, Zanzibar ID or passport details where applicable.
- Parent or guardian name, phone number and place of residence.
- Scanned certificates, transcripts and other supporting documents.
- Application fee payment evidence or control-number confirmation.
Online Application Steps
Create an Applicant Account
Register using accurate names, examination index numbers, email address and active phone number.
Complete Personal Information
Enter your date and place of birth, identification information, nationality and parent or guardian contacts.
Pay the Application Fee
Use the control number or payment method shown by OSIM. Certificate, Diploma and Bachelor applicants pay TZS 10,000; Masters applicants pay TZS 30,000.
Verify Education Information
Add CSEE, ACSEE, NTA/AVN or bachelor degree information and upload the required certificates and transcripts.
Select Programme
Select the programme for which you meet the entry requirements and confirm your choices.
Review and Submit
Check all information carefully, submit the application and save or print the application summary for reference.
