New students are required to undergo a medical examination at the University health facility during the registration period.

Registration Checklist
- Original certificates used to support the application, for verification.
- Birth certificate and a copy.
- Form Four certificate and a copy.
- Form Six certificate or result slip, where applicable.
- Diploma certificate, transcript and AVN, where applicable.
- Academic transcripts.
- Zanzibar ID, NIDA or passport identification.
- Two recent passport-size photographs.
- Five copies of the admission letter.
Important Registration Information
Late Registration
Late registration may be considered only for justifiable reasons, and a late-registration fee may apply.
Postponement
Postponement requires acceptable evidence and formal written approval. The published instructions allow a maximum of two semesters.
Student Conduct
Students must observe University regulations, maintain a valid identity card, respect others and follow the prescribed dress code.
After Admission
Download your admission letter, current joining instructions and current fee structure from your applicant account before reporting to the University.
